“There are going to be employers there and listed. Each of those employers with has a virtual job fair booth and the job seekers can select any booth,” Maureen Persons, the Director of ES Division for WorkForce West Virginia told MetroNews.

Persons added that job seekers should dress professionally and bring a resume ready for upload.

Registration is required for both interested employers and job seekers and the event is free.

Persons said that employers will be from all over the state and job opportunities will vary from date to date.

“Of course with the pandemic, that’s why we started this. We felt like this is something we should continue and that’s our goal to continue through June of next year,” Persons said.

Upon registration, employers will create a “Virtual Booth” to connect with job seekers. After completion, this booth will be available during subsequent job fairs.
