Oakton (Va.) Flint Hill School 2024 athlete Joshua Clarke has long been familiar with the West Virginia football program.
The 6-foot-1, 165-pounder, has followed the program since Geno Smith and Tavon Austin were playing pitch and catch for the Mountaineers. But things got more interesting once the program extended a scholarship offer to the versatile athlete.
